I met Jason Brewer on the day that John Entwhistle died. That’s how we know exactly how long we’ve known each other.

We ended up writing a lot of this record together. The first tune on here, Forever, got placed on The O.C., How I Met Your Mother, and Bored to Death. When I got the checks from those placements I thought I’d never have to work again. Boy, was I wrong.

If you like The Beach Boys you’ll probably like some of this record. Brian Wilson called us once to say he liked it.
